Our Story

A journey of compassion, dedication, and transformation

Foundation Beginning

Where It All Began

Our journey began in 2019 when Manav, an IT professional, started working informally towards improving rural education in Uttar Pradesh. During the COVID-19 lockdown, while spending time in villages, he witnessed firsthand the critical gaps in educational infrastructure and quality learning opportunities available to rural children. This experience deepened his resolve to create systematic, lasting change.

Driven by this mission, Manav partnered with Deepak, a dedicated educator who made the bold decision to leave his corporate career in the city to pursue meaningful work in rural education. Together, they envisioned an organization that would bring structured, sustainable programs to underserved communities.

In December 2021, Atulya Vikas Foundation was officially established and registered as a non-profit organization (12A | 80G | CSR-1 | NGO Darpan) in Gonda, Uttar Pradesh. Despite his demanding IT career, Manav continues to dedicate his time, effort, and resources to the foundation, working tirelessly alongside Deepak and the growing team to expand the organization's reach and impact.

What Does "Atulya Vikas" Mean?
